They are doing a redraw soon due to Russian collusion. Redraw negates all previous draws.The collusion was brought to the WDFW's attention by those that were not drawn the first time.:yeah:

I hear this year the permits come in a three ring binder and fifty pages of info that you are expected to carry on your person while hunting...

For other permits, like buck deer, quality deer, antlerless, etc... you don't buy an additional tag, but instead you get a postcard sized "permit" in the mail that has your special hunt details on it. You're required to have it with you while you're hunting.

Did anyone find this years drawing a bit screwy? I'm trying to wrap my head around sending out thousands of emails to everyone who submitted an application, when only a small fraction were successful? Seemed like a waste of money and resources.
