It's amazing what a guy can do with $10 in pvc.  I've seen videos of the rod holders as well as bow and arrow holders using the same general idea.

A buddy of mine had a PVC pipe through the wall of his shop with a funnel on it. Outside it went straight into the pea gravel drainage.
