I took both of them to the range yesterday. Both were shooting about 12-14" high at 30 yards. Both had factory shims "B DX" and B. I had a brain bubble out there. To lower the Point of impact I add more drop to the stock? Or will changing the shims just change how I'm mounting the gun? Help, tired of missing.

Increasing the drop should lower point of impact. It might work to increase the length of pull if changing the drop is hard to do on your gun. Pretty timely, I just saw this article today: https://www.americanhunter.org/articles/2010/9/22/how-to-achieve-perfect-shotgun-fit/
