Title: Polymer 80 vs PPQ
Post by: Cab on August 15, 2018, 09:53:07 AM
Just curious what people thoughts are on which one they would pick. I kind of think this is a fun topic, do you buy an already great gun or build one! I shot the PPQ and wow amazing gun. Trigger/ergonomics are insane, a fair amount of air in the sights which I didn't love(limited after market) and it's a fairly bland looking, not to mention the limitations of holster options. I shot extremely well and was impressed with the ragged hole I made in the target. Then there is the idea of building glock "perfection"  :chuckle: so to speak with the Polymer 80. I love the idea of being able to build my pistol to be whatever I want. price wise PPQ is about $550-$650 and most polymer 80 builds I see are around $700. Just to be clear I won't buy just a normal glock then modify it as the price then goes way up to make it custom. If i'm going to pay the price for a normal glock, I'll just go buy the PPQ which is just a better glock IMHO. Just wonder what people think, build or buy. thanks!
