There is some amazing photography on this site, and I was just wondering if any you ever submitted photos to magazines. I know Grays Sporting Journal runs a couple "photo essays" in each issue. They have an open submission policy and I believe they pay about $75 per photo. Usually the photo essays are organized around an event, such as an elk hunt, or fishing trip, or moose hunt (hint, hint, huntnphool).
Anyway, just thought I would let you all know of the opportunity. Here's the link to the submission guidelines: http://grayssportingjournal.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=222&Itemid=106 (http://grayssportingjournal.com/index.php?option=com_content&task=view&id=222&Itemid=106)
Let us all know you're photos get selected. Oh, the magazine can be a little hard to find, but about half the Barnes and Noble usually carry it.
