Title: Eastern, WA Prescott Unit Cow Tag/Spike Hunt?

Anyone have some suggestions of hunting areas in the Prescott Unit for Cow Elk?  Tree Farm is closed now.  Any area around the Tri Cities thats public or friendly farmer possible?
