Title: whats the chances
Post by: rewent12003 on March 19, 2009, 09:28:01 PM: whats the chances of putting in for the branched bull draw and getting drawn your first time applying? does it depend on the area you put in for and method of hunting and the amount of hunters applying too?

Post by: robodad on March 19, 2009, 09:42:56 PM: I know a guy has had the Peaches Ridge tag 3 times in the last 5-6 years 2 archery and 1 modern, two years in a row and then maybe 1-2 points for the 3rd one so...... :dunno:

Post by: Crunchy on March 20, 2009, 08:42:07 AM: It took 4 pts for me to get drawn for a special permit for elk, and never drawn for deer which is stupid cause all i put in for is a silly any deer tag in Stormking. My nephew was drawn for the any deer tag with no points. Its a spin of the wheel.

Post by: groundhog on March 21, 2009, 08:08:38 AM: I have 12 points for elk, moose, and sheep but my buddy drew a sheep tag the first year that he put in so anything is possible. Some units are a lot easier to draw then others. good luck
