So frustrated
I just typed up the two longest stories Ive ever done trying to post to deer hunting and both times when I went to post my screen went white and I lost the whole thing.
I'm sure it is my error I'm going to try again tomorrow before I punch a hole in my computer

Post the story by itself and then attach pictures in another post after the story.
Photos are probably too large especially if from an iPhone. Screen shot your photo and then try to attach that.

Type up longer posts in a word processor so you can save it. Then you can copy/paste into the forum.

Been there, I’m not a great writer so when I have to try to replicate what took my pea brain so long to come up with its frustrating. Anymore, if I write anything lengthy I’ll copy and paste before posting just to be on the safe side.

Also, if using an Iphone make sure you do it from the Tapatalk app or it wont post! Learned that the hard way myself

Thanks guys I’ll try again tomorrow

I always copy and save large posts. Just in case. I hate typing.

Type a couple paragraphs at a time and post, then type a couple more and post. Stretch it out in multiple posts.

Normally, you can arrow back to the last page and find your post. Resize all of your IPhone photos to 30%. Copy your text before you hit send. Cant your head slightly to the left and pet a black cat with white feet 4 times against the fur. Eat a small frog. These steps will help.

:yeah: But don't use excessive spacing and keep the posts coming one after the other not hours and days apart like some on this forum do.

If it's a good story, typing it up on a word document first, then proof reading and correcting typo's and punctuation. But then again, without such an approach it gives the story a more upriver, off grid and tar heal appeal. :chuckle: :chuckle:

The pictures are too large. It doesn't have anything to do with an iphone specifically or the size of the story. Just the settings in whatever tool is taking the photos....
