Title: Carport Ribs

Spent the day smoking these ribs while waiting to get carport installed. "hence the title". Carport took a little over an hr once the got started. Ribs took about 7.5hrs. Not going to eat them till tonight with friends and beer. My Friday night apps  :drool:

Now that's just plain ol awesome
