 :bash:

Game plan smoke turkey and ham in traeger. Simple enough right, NOT. Preheated treager 325 bird and ham in at 11:30. Checked at 12:15 temp at 107. Crap auger jammed tore it all apart to clear. Put it back together preheating back to 325.  Made it to 224 and started dropping again. Tore it apart again and came to the conclusion the motor is bad. It’s almost new replaced it early spring. So now the birds in the oven and the ham is in my big block smoker. Back on track but man always the hard way. 😂😂😂😂🍻

New auger motor arrived and installing soon. So lets get the TBS rolling again 😉🍻

Always something huh!?

I had fresh tenderloins wrapped in bacon, marinated overnight, ready to go on the Green Mountain Grill a few weeks ago. Turned it on, went back out and it was cold. Igniter is shot.

So I fired up the little folding camp bbq and grilled em up! Still turned out great.

Happy thanksgiving! The meats will turn out!

yep, dropped our bird in the electric smoker, took off to get more food, got home 2 hours later, and breaker blew, apparently right after i put it in.
