This year became very special to me as I encountered a buck that will forever be known as double trouble. Getting trail cam pictures of him showed me that I would be hunting a 5 x 6 mule deer that had triple front forks on both sides. This buck became my whole focus and was the only deer I wanted to hang my take on. After 40 hours in my blind with temperatures hovering in the mid 20s he finally showed himself. He moved towards me Into bow range, at full draw I shot and put one through both front shoulders, he went 250 yards to his resting place and I walked up to my buck double triple.
