Get a boomer spotlight and wait with the ar.Yup you can hunt them at night.

Lots of house lights in the backdrop??? Can you shoot?No will not be shooting towards houses. Most of the lights are coming from a hop field. I'm over a 1000 yards from them. Have to be careful still. I usually sit up on my back porch that's off the ground about 5 feet , seems most of my shots are angled down and within 60 yards.

Ya I have a red lensed wicked light and been using it. My problem is the wife doesn't want me calling to attract them in. Waiting for xmas vacation then I will have more time to hunt them. Been kinda anxious to do some howling though, the wife will have to just deal with it.
Seems like they are already there, calling them in isn't going to change anything except give you a chance to shoot them
