Were you in the loop on the status of your rifle? I have been very disappointed thus far. I ordered mine on Nov 10 and hadnt heard anything as of Dec 14. I called and left a voicemail asking for an update and about an hour later it changed from processing to completed, still no email update or anything. Called again Monday and Tuesday with no one answering and no one returning my call within one business day, as they claim would happen. I finally got ahold of someone today who was less than friendly from the moment he answered the phone and he gave me a tracking number... I'm very excited to get my ultra lite as well but so far have not been impressed with my service. I understand that they build them as they receive orders but going over a month without a single email or account update makes me a little concerned. :dunno:

Sadly, I was not in the loop as well as I would have liked. I had to call and submit "contact us Online" email response requests a few times. I had made a typo when entering the shipping address and was very worried. Tiaira Webb assured me in email that my rifle would be sent to my correct address but when logging into my account and looking at orders it never was updated from the wrong address. I called a few weeks ago and talked to a guy on the phone and he "double Checked" for me and assured me it would ship to the correct address. Response times usually took a couple days. I found It worked best if I called earlier in the morning and just kept calling back until I got a person on the phone. They seemed very very overworked and understaffed.
Luckily My rifle did arrive yesterday a day ahead of schedule at my correct address but only because the FedEx delivery guy on duty knows me fairly well and my name with address with just 1 extra number in it by mistake didn't throw him.
I cannot wait to go shoot my 100% USA made ML Rifle. I am sure Knight will continue to make it right if any warranty issues arise but I really hope none do.

I had the same issue with my order as well. Ordered mine online but unlike other companies I did not receive a confirmation email of my order. I called the next day and the production manager answered and sent the email to me. I waited for a tracking number next, I called again to check status with no answer. Called again later the same day, no answer so I left a message. I waited for a call back....and waited...and waited. Two days later I called AGAIN and left a message and E-mailed CS. Finally with no response the rifle showed up without warning WTF! Regardless I was happy it showed and was ready to drop the subject until I opened the box and discovered they shipped the rifle with the wrong stock :bash: I called AGAIN ... no answer!! Email sent asking them to CALL me and message left on the phone!! Not knowing exactly where they were located I was unsure if maybe the hurricane that was impacting some states at the time my Email was polite but direct that if they were not impacted there is no excuse for the lack of response. Finally the head honcho Emailed me apologizing for their lack of CS and would correct the problem with the rifle. CS emailed (lame as I would have called the customer) telling me they would provide a shipping label so I could ship the rifle back...What?? No, how about you send me a new stock and I'll ship the old one back is what I was thinking!! At this point I was fed up and just told them I would keep the gun the way it is...CS was pathetic at best!! Great rifle just need to work on that CS Knight!!!

Mine arrived a day early as well. Everything looks good with one exception that is a little strange. There is a customer invoice in the box that has another customer's name and address on it. The correct serial number is hand written on the invoice. Funny thing is, I would expect the invoice in the box to be a random wrong address but it's a selah address. Weird that it's that close but still so wrong.

Adam,
I will PM you. I believe we ordered the exact same rifle and I got your invoice and you got mine. Tan stock Nitride Barrel Ultralite bare primer with sites sound familiar?

There was zero communication until time to ship it. Tried calling early on, no answer. On its way now

From what I think I know - Knights original projection how many Nitride barreled actions they might sell and the # of actions that were being requested caught them short handed! Another batch of new stainless steel GM barreled actions was sent out to be Nitrate treated and received back at Knight in December. The rifles being shipped now are from that batch.
Mine is suppose to arrive Xmass week - I really wish it would get here

Never used one before, but think it'll be great! Now just need to read up and watch some YouTube videos on what to do

That is what Knight charges - but go to this link and save a few hundred...

Highside74, I got mine for less than $800. Veteran's Day sale.
-
Seems more reasonable but still very spendy.
-
800 for a muzzy? I'm also interested in what makes this muzzy so expensive? I have the Thompson center xr 50 cal and I'm considering a new 209 muzzy per the new laws.
