Title: Home made Teriyaki sauce

OK here you go #merkaba93 as requested  :tup:

Yields
1&1/2 cups

ingredients
    1/4 cup soy sauce
    1 cup water
    3 TBS cup sesame seed oil
    1/2 teaspoon ground ginger (FRESH FROM THE STORE, PEELED THEN GROUND)
    1/4 teaspoon garlic powder (POWDER NOT GRANULATED)
    5 tablespoons packed brown sugar
    1-2 tablespoon honey
    2 tablespoons cornstarch
    1/4 cup cold water

Directions

--Mix everything except cornstarch and 1/4 cup water in a sauce pan and begin heating.
--Mix cornstarch and cold water separately in a cup and dissolve.
--Add to cornstarch and water mix to sauce in pan.
--Heat over medium heat until it starts to boil then turn heat down, sauce thickens to desired thickness.

Add water to thin if you over-thick it but its best thick.
if it doesnt thicken add more cornstarch

I'll give it a try soon. Sounds like a good Teriyaki sauce, checks all the right boxes when it comes to ingredients.
