Title: Columbia River West Weyerhaeuser permit

Was hoping to get some honest advice from anyone who has bought this permit in the past. It'll be close to home so more time in the woods. Not a huge fan that you can't go on the property sooner than Aug 1. Any info would be appreciated. Thank in advance.
