Anyone know where to find the listed weights of arrow components such as inserts, knocks, fletchings etc?

It is going to depend on what arrows you go with. Here is the easton online hunting catalog. Scroll through it and it will tell you how much the inserts and nocks weigh for different arrows.
I am not sure if there is a place to find how many grains fletching weighs, but if you know what type or brand of fletching you are using, I am sure you can find it some where on their website.

Check this site out. Bohning fletching standard 4" vanes are 3.5 grains per vane, and blazer vanes are 3 grains per vane.

Gold Tips old site used to had a calculator that you plugged everything into and it would give you your Forward Of Center. It was nice because it had all the differant manufacturers listed and the weight of each item. Made it simple, too bad the did away with it on the new site.
