Title: Leftovers in the freezer?

Trying out a new recipe to make room for this year's catch :chuckle: took a quart bag of perch fillets ground them fine and mixed with Italian bread crumbs and panko breading and fried like carp balls recipe from Sam woods YouTube page. Not to shabby tasting!
