Going out with my fam next week to Ocean Shores for some fishing and clamming. I've not done any fishing there, but I'm hoping to get my kids onto something on their first salt water trip. I hear the surf perch is good, but is it good anywhere on that beach?
What about the Jetty? Do the Rockfish and Lingcod bite out there?
What are suggestions about what I use on the jetty? (on the surf, I'm planning to bring some clam necks)
Lastly, has anybody given a Crab Hawk a try off the jetty? Doesn't look like a lot of crab opportunity otherwise without going all the way to Westport unless you have a boat (which I do not).
Any help would be great... I want my kiddos to enjoy their first salt water fishing experience.

I don't know but we'll be out there for razors and plan to do some surf perch fishing if the weather isn't horrible.
