Dose anyone know the draw date for the multi-season permits? Also when are the hunting prospects due out? Thanks guys!

Multi-season draw this week. Hunting prospects usually is late August.

My first time putting in for anything, and didn't get selected for either.

But the way I understand it, this does mean that I at least get to accumulate a point for both species? And at least for the deer, I can probably buy a leftover tag sometime this summer?

(New hunter, obvsly, still figuring this stuff out...)

Yes, you gain a point for each since you didn’t draw. You will have the opportunity to purchase either when leftovers go on sale in late summer, but the elk one is pretty hard to get in the leftovers.
