So, next week I'm going to be heading down to Portland for work which got me thinking that maybe I should try a new area out since I'll be down that way. So, instead of driving back out to Kettle Falls I decided I'm going to give the Soda Springs area by Klickitat a try. I found a few spots on OnX that I'm going to give a try, but I'm curious if you guys have any recommendations about the area.

In all of klickitat county, soda springs has got to be the most popular spot. You literally couldn't pay me to go there. With that ssid, there is absolutely birds there to hunted.

Tried it years ago for rifle. Saw close to 100 people in orange in that area. One nice buck got kicked into the open area and it was in a flat out race as 15-20 shots went off at it. Surprised no one was caught in the cross fire. Never again!

If you like hunters it is a great place to hunt...with a shotgun hunt you might be safe while crowded but don't ever go there during modern rifle...
-
Don't bother, especially this late.

Does anyone on here live near Soda Springs. Please pm me, I'm taking my son for the 2nd time this year and would love to get some help if anyone has advice. Thanks!
