Post by: HarboritE on May 25, 2019, 08:58:35 AM
ill be taking my family out for some crawdad fishing a few times this summer and was wondering how you store the meat.usually there are no left overs but id like to stock up on some. I assume you pull the meat out and vacuum seal it? ot can you freeze them whole after theyve been cooked ?

You can peel and freeze the meat or you can vacuum seal them whole also. Both after being cooked of course. The meat will be preserved best if it’s peeled first as it will be axposed to less air.
