Pull them out of the freezer and par boil them then smoke, works fine with frozen ribs :twocents:

i have found leave in the bag and drop in sink of warm water and about 30 min they defrost

Dang those ribs look good. I need to do a combo pork and beef ribs smoke. Sometimes it is hard to know what I prefer until I take a bite of each.

Your ribs and smoked meals always look great!!

OK, I will readily admit my stuff doesn't compare to Kc Kracker's but here's a couple of those elk ribs.

Look plenty good to me! How'd they taste?

Turned out pretty good. A little crusty on the outside but kept them from drying out on the inside. Cooked them for a long time so they turned out fairly tender. I may have got a bit too much insanity sauce in the barbecue sauce but I like them a little hot.
