Title: Tillicum above Trout Lake - Anyone know the snow line up there?
Post by: pianoman9701 on June 27, 2019, 11:55:27 AM
In previous years around this time, the 24 and 30 roads start melting and give access. It's been so cold this year, I imagine the roads are still well-blocked. Has anyone been up the 88 to Tillicum and past yet? Where's the stopping point? What elevation?

I am guessing that it's clear since they have stocked some of the higher elevation lakes near mt Adams with trout recently. Haven't been up there yet though so not 100% sure.

30, 24, 88 roads have been wide open for 2 weeks.  Been driving Cougar to Trout Lake  since 6-12.  Amazed that the snow drifts that usually hang around  on the 24 were all gone then!!
