Wondering if anyone knows of any reputable guides that offer private land elk hunts on the west side of the mountains.
I'm looking to avoid the non resident fees of other states if possible.
Are there land owner tags available to purchase?
This year if possible
Thank you in advance

I think high fence elk are illegal in WA, did I miss a change?

Not quite sure how you got high fence out of my post unless you're just asking a serious question and are curious.
I'm not looking for a high fence hunt.
I've been looking at battle creek outfitters in Oregon but looking for something that might be in state

Why do you think he wants to shoot an elk in a pen? Just because land is private doesn’t mean it’s high fenced, or fenced st all, really.
Huntnfmly, you can check out the guide association to see if there any listed. https://www.woga.org/membership-directory

How old is your daughter? Both ID and CO are pretty dirt cheap for youth (under 18).

They are 29 and 26 so I'll have to pay the full meal deal price wherever I go.I think high fence elk are illegal in WA, did I miss a change?
