I already have a CO deer tag, can I try and buy a tag off the leftover list tomorrow in hopes of upgrading?

No, you have to mail in your existing permit and fill out an exchange request or, exchange in person at a DOW office.   They charge you quite a bit to exchange.

I was hoping to squeeze through fast with just my one choice but no go for me. Oh well I ha e enough points to draw next year.
