Title: Rattlers regulations?

Does anyone know what if any regulations are for killing Rattlers, second where would one go to get some if possible thanks

Kill em if ya find em.  No mention whatsoever in the regs, so i see them as unclassified wildlife, game on.  Page 94 in the regs lists protected wildlife.  No mention of rattlers.

Most of the state/national refuges list them as protected on the refuge. Mcnary complex does for sure. Other than that, have at it. I used to see them at windmill ranch outside basin city pretty regularly.

Related - the highest demographic of people getting bit by rattle snakes is like 20-29 yr old males. Wonder why that is? Haha.
