I agree. The ears to me are the dead give away.

It's a black bear.
And all bears have a hump if their shoulder blades protrude at the right angle. Definitely not a defining factor.

As a WDFW "certified" bear identification hunter I concur with this statement. No grizz.

Ears do seem little tall like a Blackie. But it reminds me of grizz in shape as well. I googled images and I will say that the ears on large Grizz seems short n rounded but on young lean adults they do look little more like a black bear.? Probably a Blackie though I wouldn't bet 100% on that.
