Title: WSU police firearm storage going away

WSU Police offered secured storage of firearms for students who lived on campus. Now they would be required to run a mental health and criminal background check (10 days) before returning the firearm to the RIGHTFUL OWNER who is just trying to secure their firearm. I guess safe storage isn't very important. If you were a west-side kid dreaming of hunting the Palouse while at school, good luck from now on.

WSU Police recommend trying to find another off-campus way to store the firearm....which means the student would then have to jump through 594 just to keep it locked up. :bash:

Thanks idiots who voted in 1693. Your votes are the reason the forefathers created a Constitutional Republic instead of a democracy.
