Ingredients
- One Bell Pepper
- One white onion
- dried red chili pepper
- black pepper
- salt
- canola oil
- 2 lbs Caribou meat (or whatever else)
How we cooked it
- Cut the meat into small thin strips
- In a pot with the canola oil fry the meat for about 5 minutes until it is beige in color
- Add water, bell pepper, onion, dried red chili pepper, black pepper, salt
- Slowly cook for another 40 minutes
