Title: Meat processer near Kittitas

I usually take the meat home in a cooler, then take it to my processer over near me, but this year looks to be a bit warmer and I'd like to stick around and play after if I get an elk down.  Anyone know of a wild game processer near Kittitas/Ellensburg that they'd recommend?

I have heard good things from people who have used Erickson custom meats in Ellensburg as well as honest cut meats in Kittitas.
