Just bought a Luxe minipeak XL.
Couldn't afford a Seek Cimarron.... 209$, 237$ all in all... Its what i could afford...
Anyway... I need a stove.
Pretty sold on the Tigoat cylinder stoves....
Box stove seems like its going to be not ideal in the pack.
What am I going to use a stove for? Boiling water sometimes, heat most of the time....
The titanium goat cylinder seems to be the best for my needs, weight, pack space wise, i like it.
12 or 16 inch... Thats the question... Im opting for the 16 inch.... Just cuz it Will do everything the 12 will... And is 15$ more
However.... This style of gear is new to me so.... Id love to hear some input

Forgot to say this isnt for snow camping.... Its for wet coastal and westside foothills stuff... Weekend trips, maube single digits on cold clear nights but... The sleep system we have is REI (shush, i know how some of you feel, again, budget...) Igneo 17 bags with US military GI issue goretex bivy covers....
Need stove reccomendations
My big tent is an Alaknak 12x12 with vestibule that we named Tentzilla (big, green, breathes fire) and got spoiled having a woodstove... And we caught the ultralight bug....

Congrats on the new mini peak, you’ll get great use out of it. For a small tipi, you’ll be plenty fine with a 12” stove, either a Ti Goat or a Lite Outdoors. Happy hunting!

I have an xl size one from Lite Outdoors at 10.5" diameter by 18" long. Filled stuffed with heavy bark you get about 2.5 hours of warmth. Use branches and you get 1.5 hours. Get the biggest one you can; even the big ones are tiny.
