Nate Pamplin with the Washington Department of Fish and Wildlife says authorities here are still gathering information, especially in Puget Sound.

They probably know, but need a solid case when challenged in fed court by the huggers.

They won’t care until Olympia does or the Orca crowd starts suing. Money and lawyers are the two languages spoken.
