Dude sell the 243 and get the 22-250 :)  they are awsome i shoot 50 grain V-max yotes go no where but straight down and the bullet never exits.  It is hard to get that 243 to not come out.  The light bullets seem to have to much speed and the heavy ones have to much energy.  I sell all my pelts and its well worth the investment.   I killed 82 dogs last year never blew up one pelt  :)  my :twocents:

Ruger Mark II  in 243...  Nice gun.  You should be able to push a 55 Grain bullet at 4000 feet per second.

you can get a 55 gr. ballistic tip from nosler, Spit it out at 3600 fps. I'v had good and bad holes in dogs, depends on where you hit him.
