I saw a survey yesterday and the study's show that the local calf survival rate for the nooksack herd was above 40 percent last year!! Another good calf crop this year and we should be in good shape!!

Yea, the count is up to above 600 with the latest flyover survey so that is a good sign. I dont know what their target goal is for overall total but their must not be as many cougars in this area as many people think there is.
