Does anyone have any information on loads for the new Nosler E-Tip bullet. I purchased some 130 grain bullets and want to develop a load for the .270 Win. Curious that there isn't much load data for them anywhere. Thanks in advance.

Start with a 130gr standard load and just work from there. With each rifle shooting a little different you will just have to find the happy spot for your rifle and that bullet.

I'd start with about 58 grains of H4831 and work up from there. I'd be curious to hear how that bullet shoots for you.

Cat,
So do you mean that I should use the loads for Accubond/Ballistic Tips?

I just checked out that lnk so disregard the previous comment. Problem is I the only suitable powders I have are IMR 4064, Varget and Win 760. Anyone have a recipe for these powders?

Have you looked at Nosler's site???? The give load data for their bullets. Not sure if the Etip is on there yet though.

We use almost exclusively H4831 in our .270 loads. This is the Data I use.
