Saw the other post about costs, and I didn't want to hijack that thread - I moved last year to Snohomish and was wondering where I might take a deer or elk to get processed. I don't have one down yet, but I really look forward to that kind of "First World Problem" and would like to have somewhere in mind when I do put an animal on the ground.
Anyone had any good luck, or bad luck with places that are local? I'm a bit out of my element, I had my "Go-to" spots at the old house, and now I have to start over...
And I know, I really ought to do it myself, but I just don't have the time, space, or ability at this point. I just need to be able to take it a good, solid, reasonable butcher.
Thanks in advance for your help!
