Hey guy's. Just looking at the unit and if you have any advice it would be greatly appreciated.

Lots of private land and the deer on public are usually on the run from being pushed by other hunters. At least that is my experience.
Good Luck

About everything from the county line on the East side to Soap Lake, if you draw a line North and South, is a 1 mile by 1 mile grid. This makes for a lot of road hunters because deer are usually within 1 mile from any road. With things like onx maps there are no longer secret spots to be alone. Public ground is crowded. If you hunt hard, or are just lucky, there are deer around. Hunt by written permission land is also crowded in my experience. Most mature bucks are on private land because of hunting pressure on public. Also there is just more private in this unit. What season are you looking at because this make a difference.
