Title: Trail Camera's with cellular connection
Post by: 509 on December 22, 2019, 02:24:19 PM
Anybody has recommendations on trail camera's with a built in cellular connection??

Friend wants to use it to check snow depth at this remote location. So it needs the capability to snap a picture upon request.

Any tips and things to watch out for in these camera's is welcomed. Thanks in advance.

I use Covert Cameras. They work well. Night pics aren’t the greatest but over all I’m happy with them. They take pics on request like your looking for.

Gotta have at least a couple of bars of reception in the area he wants to set the camera up.  I've been pretty happy so far with the Spypoint Link Micro, only about $100 each.  Lots of guys are saying the Cuddeback is really good.  I think I will try one of those out next myself.  I currently have a Spartan No Glow and REALLY like it, but there are way cheaper cameras on the market now than when I bought my Spartan.
