I have not reviewed it yet, but kneejerk, this appears to be a major win.
This is before a panel of judges. Expect an en banc rehearing request.

Here, the court applied a much stronger burden for infringers to overcome. As noted, it is a tentative victory, because gun grabbers will almost certainly NOT rest on the decision that their infringements are unconstitutional.

That's actually not the case. Some of California's rural counties actually have some of the state's highest crime rates.
