Anybody kill anything with these? Wondering if they would be a good 600 yd elk bullet for the ol 338 wm. Other considerations are 210 or 225 ttsx or 225 AB. Although gun doesn’t seem to like the AB’s in factory loads so far

Do you have any max OAL constraints? The 213s are a little longer than any of the 225gr bullets and could be a problem if you have a short magazine.
It might be worth looking at the 225gr Sledge Hammer. It's shorter than the 213gr HH but would still have a BC good enough to make 600 yard shots very doable. I'll see if I can dig out some of the various 338 Hammer bullets to give you a side by side with some other 338 bullets.

It’s an old Ruger m77 so pretty short mag box, I didn’t realize how long those 213’s were til you said that. The 225 sledge hammers look like 600 would be pushing it for energy but I hear they’re a great bullet so I may just limit my max distance to 5ish if I go that route. It’s a hand me down rifle from grandpa, really want to kill a bull with it while he’s still around but after that it probably won’t see much action unless I really get it shooting well.
