Wow, he requested to be paid 20x for every confirmed kill and got much of that through arbitration.

Compare what we know about wolves with the impact on cows, lower birth rates, stress, one in nine confirmed as wolf predation, etc.. Grizzly bear management is mimicing wolf management.
