Never had one.
What do you use?
-
What are you planning to use it on? A spotting scope? Pretty simple process all you need is the case for your phone and the correct eye piece for whatever optic you're using. They also have universal eye pieces if you plan to use it on a variety of optics.

I use the phone skope brand one, it’s pretty good. Really liked it on my leupold gold ring and then I got a Swarovski and the different adapter and it’s almost to tight. Half the time it pulls off the rubber eye piece on the end. Not sure if there’s a better brand out there that’s the only one I have tried.

I've tried most.... Very happy with "The Outdoorsman's " set-up. Very fast, stable and proper fit. Great team there to help you get correct set-up.

Are there other options besides phone Skope for a 2 inch eyepiece vortex viper hd? Is it worth almost $90?
-
I just ordered one of these. Guess we'll see. Can't go wrong at $16.00

I looked at several including that one but it doesn’t fit my eye piece... bummer
-
I think I've ran most all of them, including the Outdoorsman and Novagrade. With that said, I stick with the Phoneskope. :twocents:

I use phonescope with 50x swaro and iphone. Can barely see 338 bullet holes paper at 1000 yards.
-
Check out the tines up...
Cell pics through a spotter are greatly affected by the lighting...the new phones are getting much better and are a pretty handy tool to have

What do you think of the Novagrade, MtnMuley? I’ve been thinking about getting that one

Too heavy, doesn't seem to stay tight after sizing it to my phone, and there's too much wiggle between the adapter rings and my spotter. It has cost me several pic opportunities.

That’s good information - thanks. Have you tried the Tines Up Phonecam? Because that was the one I was going back and forth with

I haven't owned one, but used one a while back. It was an Otter Box type which I liked, but again, the scope mounting part wasn't solid enough for my liking. I'd take it over a Novagrade though.

I use the procam app with phonescope instead of iphone camera as it allows better control of using 2x lens and manually setting exposure and focus.
