I am thinking of spending the weekend at Domkey lake this summer fishing and camping at the lake. I have my own boat to get up there. Launch at 25 mile. How long does it take crazing from 25 mile to Domkey/ Lacurne
-
Heading there in a couple weeks. Anyone fish it this year? How are the rattlers?
-
Didn’t fish Domke, but the dock was full pretty early in the day so get an early start if you go from the Domke campground. Dispatched a rattlesnake in the area. Lot of fish in the main lake! I cruise very slowly so I can dodge deadheads (there’s a lot) and stay out a long time on one tank of gas. so how long it takes will depend on your boat and weather and how fast you like to go.

So you where on Chelan then at the Lucerne dock
-
I was on Chelan but didn’t tie up at Domke or Refrigerator harbor. Went up towards Stehekin, hit a few docks on the east bank for overnights and anchored out in lower lake.
-
If you go up lake, safety harbor is closed and dockless, and Moore point is in bad shape and gets hammered by ferry wake. Usable but take good fenders and put a spring line on.
-
Let me know if you see any goats on the south shore side

We did fish Domkey. Great 2 days fishing last September. Saw no goats going up but did see sheep. We are going to do it again next year. If I could get better specific info on the goats locations next year would be cool
