I have a full size M&P that I may be trying to sell soon. It is a full size .40 cal black with a stainless steel slide. I have roughly 100 rounds through it. Reason for selling would be to go to something that is smaller for concealed carry purposes. What would be a good starting point to sell it? I think i paid $550ish new.

I'd check online sites or consignment sales locally but imo I'd ask around 400 thinking that for some expenses are down and stimulus money is keeping them whole and they are looking to spend. Others they are hurting and out of the market. Just my thoughts, could be way off.

Maybe 450 if you have night sights.
But yea 400 sounds right.

Yikes!!! M&P... .40 Cal. Double handicapped right out of the gate. Slap the person who talked you into it in the first place.👍👍👍

My boy loves his full size M&P in 40.
I enjoy shooting it as well.

Just trying to sell a .40 in general is tough...
9mm is king right now with all the advancements in bullets over the last few years along with higher capacity, the .40 has lost its appeal...
Good luck with the sale though... there is always someone, it just might take a little longer.

There is a very loyal following for S&W, and there is also a very loyal following for .40 cal.
It's a really nice pistol.
I think the folks that said ask $450 and take $400 are giving you good advice.
