Just curious why the bickleton area isnt mentioned a whole lot on here, i live in the yakima area and i keep hearing to stay away from the deer in oak creek because of the hair loss prob the deer had, im starting to hear more about the bickleton area, ive gone up there lots and seen lots of deer, i also know there is a lot of private land, just wandering if you guys had any opinions on the area or what you have heard or experienced about the area???

I haven't hunted Bickleton, but its a lot of hunt clubs and privite land, But I know there are some small pieces of public land scattered all over the place. Just go to the DNR website and down load the public lands map. ;)
As for Oak Creek the deer are there, you'll have a tough time finding legal bucks though. :twocents:

Bickleton has some dandy's, but like mentioned already, mostly private and a lot of hunt clubs. Those hunt club guys aren't all that friendly to other hunters from what I hear.
