Title: Hey all...I Drew the 49 Degrees North Early Bull Moose tag. Looking for pointers

I'm hoping to chat with a few people that have hunted Moose or other game animals in the unit and would be willing to help a fellow hunter out with some pointers, advice etc. Thanks in advance :-)

Good luck. Tag is certainly on the decline but should still be a great hunt.

only reason to scout would be to look over areas you wanna be in come season. Looking for moose in the summer is pointless with the Oct 1 opener...bulls will travel miles upon miles and landowners?? most of the moose are on public land not in hay fields
