Spend a couple of weekends driving around and getting to know the area. My parents live between Hwy 530 and Concrete, across the one lane bridge. Lots of area to hunt up that way also.

that is my only problem with Illabot creek. most of the area is accessible from a road so you get a lot of road hunters driving through and making noise.

i try to bear hunt up there but have had no success. i guess i am just a crappy hunter.
