made these....a dozen....this evening.
Crab of course, shucked and cold, dungy.
Chop and into the bowl....
Celery
Sweet onion
Green onion
Avocado
Add
Relish
Garlic
Brown mustard
Cream cheese
Sour cream
Salt
Pepper
Squeeze a little lime juice
Mix all with the Crab.....heavy on the crab.
Put fresh butter leaf lettuce in a cupcake wrapped, fill with mixture.
Repeat
Chill
Eat
