Has anyone been sockeye fishing on lake Wenatchee yet?
-
I have not heard from any of my normal personal fishing reporters. I grew up near the lake. Traditionally a red hook behind a smaller silver flasher in 35-40 feet of water on the Glacier View side will get fish in the boat
-
Fishing section would get more responses!
-
Pm sent.
-
Ttt as im thinking about a trip mid-month.
-
im leaving tonight
fishing Thursday/Friday and maybe saturday
-
I’m headed over Friday, I hope the skeeters arnt bad because I had a friend camp there last week and she said it was horrible!
-
She was over exaggerating it's not that bad.
-
I was up there north of the lake hiking last week. The skeeters weren't too bad but the biting flies were awful. Usually it is windy enough down towards the lake to keep the skeeters and flies away.
-
I’ll be out tomorrow
-
There’s fish and skeeters aren’t bad. Crowds are bad at times.
-
Fished it this morning.....very windy...3 in the boat and I got off the water early.
-
I’ve heard the wind was bad but hopefully it dies down friday
-
Its great for flying my kite
