Title: 403 Error
Post by: KopperBuck on August 18, 2020, 01:26:22 PM
Getting this a lot, and have been for some time.

Forbidden
You don't have permission to access this resource.

Additionally, a 403 Forbidden error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

I thought it was just me, but it looks like maybe not. I get this message constantly. Sometimes a reload of the page takes care of it, sometimes not. There doesn't seem to be much rhyme or reason in frequency. And the meme threads might as well be nuked for me - nothing loads correctly anymore.

Any ideas

Me too. Off and on. Not sure either.

Zardoz hooked me up last night and told me to log off (I know, I know) and log back on (see, not so bad).

It worked to clear these errors for me.

It's always the obvious. Unfortunately it doesn't appear to help. Fired off the error even faster this time.

I find this happens when I open a ton of threads at once. In you close a few and hit refresh it tends to open things up no problem.

It has to do with picture heavy threads like the meme threads.

You have to refresh your screen.  If that doesn't work, log off the site and come back on.  Sometimes you have to click on the attachment, download it to you computer and then open it up.

Frustrating but that is what we are up against.

Give it 5 or 10 seconds and refresh.  Works for me.
